Is Meghan Markle Pregnant With Baby No. 2? Baby Announcement ‘Next Year’

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry might make a baby announcement next year.

In May, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their first baby, Archie. However, they might give their son a sibling soon because the couple is reportedly “loving parenthood.”

“That said, sources close to the couple told me that they really would love to have a big family,” royal biographer Katie Nicholl said of the speculation that the couple will have another baby.

“They absolutely want siblings for Archie, so possibly we will have a pregnancy announcement for Meghan and Harry sometime next year. But for the moment, the focus is obviously on Archie.”

Last month, bookmakers slashed the odds of Markle getting pregnant and announcing it by the end of the year to 8-1 and 2/1 on the baby announcement coming in 2021, while 5/1 for 20/20.

“It’s almost certain that Meghan and Harry will add to their blossoming family in the next few years and we think a second pregnancy is most likely to come next year,” Harry Aitkenhead of Coral’s said. “It’s 8-1 for Meghan to announce she is expecting again by the end of the year and whilst the odds may be long you can’t rule it out.”

Last Saturday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrated Archie’s christening. They opted to keep the event private but released two official photos. Prince William and Kate Middleton were in the photos, since they also attended the baptism.

However, according to a body language expert, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex showed signs of stress. They were also not leaning towards each other or to the other family members which appeared to suggest that there might be stress between the couple or with the other family members.

Also, Prince William was slammed for his “sour” and “unhappy” facial expression. A number of netizens criticized the second-in-line to the throne for his grumpy face and called him “rude” and “disrespectful” for looking as if he didn’t want to be there.

Prince Harry’s wardrobe also didn’t go unnoticed by eagled-eyed fans. According to some, the duke looked “terrible” and a “mess” at his son’s christening. His pale suit was reportedly inappropriate for the event and they also criticized his mismatched socks and shoes.
