Meghan Markle Unlikely To Reconcile With Dad; Prince Harry Reportedly To Blame

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are unlikely to end their rift with her dad, Thomas Markle Sr.

The Duchess of Sussex has been estranged from her family on her dad’s side. In fact, none of them, including her father was present when she married Prince Harry.

Markle’s dad and half-siblings have been reaching out to her for months. However, they didn't receive a single response from the pregnant royal.

According to award-winning journalist Duncan Larcombe, it’s unlikely for Markle to mend fences with her father and Prince Harry has something to do with it.

“My view is Meghan and Harry will never mend that rift with Thomas Markle,” Larcombe told Express.

He added that he could not imagine the Duke and Duchess of Sussex taking their baby to Thomas and telling him that everything is forgiven because that is not Prince Harry. According to him, Prince William’s brother doesn’t give any chances.

“If you look at Harry’s inner circle, how it operates, it’s not three strikes and you’re out, but one strike and you’re out. So four bodyguards - people Harry felt have betrayed him by going to the press - they were completely cut out straight away,” the expert added.

Larcombe doesn’t blame Prince Harry but said that Thomas has brought this treatment to himself.

Back in July, an insider revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were frustrated with Thoma’s continued appearance on tabloids and TV shows for interviews. They were very disappointed that he keeps on taking payments for interviews.

Unfortunately, Thomas has never learned the lessons. He keeps on entertaining interviews. One time Cosmopolitan shared about Thomas’ 9-hour interview slamming the duchess that she would be nothing without him.

The netizens didn’t like Thomas’ move and instead branded him as a “disgraceful” father. Another online user accused Thomas and his other two kids of being jealous of Markle that they embarrass themselves.

In another interview, Thomas threw shade at Prince Harry by mentioning his misbehaviors including his infamous naked photos from strip billiards game and controversial Nazi uniform to convince Markle that he is better than her husband.

Thomas said that he already apologized to Prince Harry. However, the royal didn’t accept his apology and instead punished him by being “frozen out” from Markle’s life.
