Meghan Markle’s Mom Doria Walks Dogs In LA Weeks Before Duchess' Due Date

Meghan Markle’s mom, Doria Ragland, is not yet in London despite her daughter's approaching due date.

The Duchess of Sussex’s baby is set to arrive soon, but her mom is still in California. In new photos shared by The Sun, Ragland was spotted near her home in Los Angeles as she walked her dogs.

The yoga instructor looked relaxed with her two pet pooches. Markle’s mother dressed casually for her outing, wearing a blue t-shirt, gray cardigan and stone-colored trousers. She added a red headband and a cross-body bag to her laidback outfit.

It is believed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s baby will be arriving soon. Prince Harry and Markle have already moved into their new home, Frogmore Cottage, after its extensive renovations. Their move was delayed as the couple reportedly made several changes in the design.

Rumors of Markle’s imminent delivery intensified when her friend, Daniel Martin, was spotted in London. Also, Markle’s body seemed to be preparing for the birth, according to reports.

Last month, Prince Harry and Markle joined Prince Charles, Queen Elizabeth II, Camilla Parker Bowles, Prince William and Kate Middleton for the Prince of Wales’ 50th investiture anniversary. During the event, a guest from Cardiff, Wales, asked Markle how she was, and the pregnant royal said that “we’re nearly there,” hinting about her due date.

Reports have it that Markle is only a few weeks away from her due date, and there is a chance that she might give birth earlier.

In related news, Prince William was reportedly not impressed with the rumors that Prince Harry and Markle are having a girl and would be naming her after Princess Diana.

An insider told Woman’s Day that the Duke of Cambridge also wanted to name his daughter Princess Charlotte after his mom. However, he decided to only use Diana as one of her middle names out of respect to their father, Prince Charles, who already has a new wife, Camilla Parker Bowles.

“For Harry to go blaring in with the name Diana even though he knows William's feelings on the matter – especially given that all is not particularly well between the brothers – will only fuel the flames of their differences. It's clear that Harry doesn't care what William thinks anymore,” the insider said.
