New Hallmark Valentine’s Day Movies 2021: ‘Valentine’s Again,’ ‘Playing Cupid’ & More
With love usually in the air during the month of February thanks to a certain holiday, things are about to get even more romantic on the Hallmark Channel, with a slate of five new films for fans as part of their annual “Love Ever After” programming event.
The event, which will feature five all-new original movie premieres, including one airing on Valentine’s Day itself, will be there for fans who either want to cuddle up with their significant other for a marathon, or those who are spending this one single and just simply love a good romance. However you plan to spend the month of love, there’s a Hallmark movie you’re sure to like. Check out the full schedule of new premieres below.
“Beverly Hills Wedding” (premieres Saturday, Feb. 6 at 9 p.m. EST)
When wedding photographer Molly’s (Brooke D’Orsay) sister gets engaged, she enters her in a contest to win a dream wedding at a Beverly Hills hotel. It all seems perfect, but Molly may be forced to reconsider just whose dreams she is trying to make come true when her sister seems uneasy, and her maid of honor duties force her to work closely with the best man—who also happens to be her ex-boyfriend, Cory (Brendan Penny).
“Playing Cupid” (premieres Saturday, Feb. 13 at 9 p.m. EST)
Middle-school teacher Kerri Fox (Laura Vandervoort) assigns a project to her class where her students must run their own small businesses. Clara Martinez (Mia Quaranta De La Rosa) finds success with a matchmaking business, “Cupid Clara,” but Kerri gets more than she bargained for when Clara sets her sights on her newly single teacher as a potential match for her divorced dad (Nicholas Gonzalez).
“Valentine’s Again” (premieres Sunday, Feb. 14 at 9 p.m. EST)
Kat (Nicky Whelan) learns that she spoke to her soulmate at some point of the day on Valentine’s Day, and until she reconnects with him, she will be destined to relive the day over and over again. However, after she goes on a date with Danny (Greg Vaughan), the man meant for her, things don’t go so well, and in order for Valentine’s Day to stop repeating itself, Kat will need to learn who she really is and what she really wants in order to have her happily ever after ending.
“Mix Up in the Mediterranean” (premieres Saturday, Feb. 20 at 9 p.m. EST)
Josh (Jeremy Jordan) agrees to pretend to be his twin brother Julian in an elite culinary competition but doesn’t count on things being complicated when he meets event organizer Meg (Jessica Lowndes), who he falls for, even though she believes he’s his married brother.
“It Was Always You” (premieres Saturday, Feb. 27 at 9 p.m. EST)
Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) finds her engagement plans thrown into disarray when a storm derails her fiancé from helping, and she’s left trying to finalize all the last-minute details with his free-spirited brother David (Tyler Hynes) instead.
