Police were called to an incident where a man shot a teenager by mistake while trying to stop a pit-bull from attacking his German shepherd. The man was taken into custody though no official charges have been given.

The video, which was captured by onlooker CJ Martin, showed the shark “thrashing in the water” and was just yards away from where the terrified he was recording.

Catherine Sweatt-Mueller of Maple Plain was staying with her parents in a remote cabin on Red Pine Island when the black bear attacked her.

A video of the incident showed the python curled up, trying to digest the goat. The villagers then held the reptile by its tail and the snake threw up the goat in front of them.

"Based on the history of the dog attacking a member of the community and the dangerous and aggressive behavior displayed during the interaction, police made the unfortunate decision to put the dog down,” officials said.

"On this particular day they were so angry and vicious I had no chance of escaping. They just grabbed us — it was pretty terrifying," the mother said.
