Princess Eugenie Looks Sad After Prince Andrew Spoke About Epstein Scandal [PHOTOS]
Princess Eugenie looked sad after Prince Andrew spoke about the Epstein scandal.
The Duke of York has finally spoken up about the latest controversy involving him. Prince Andrew found himself in hot water due to his connection to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. According to the royal, his immediate family sat down and talked about the issue with him. He added that it was not damaging to the Queen.
A day after Prince Andrew’s interview, Princess Eugenie was spotted at the John F. Kennedy International Airport. According to the netizens, the royal princess looked sad.
“She does look sad, it's heartbreaking!! Hope she and her sis and mum stay strong through all this!” one netizen commented on Princess Eugenie’s photo on Twitter.
“I feel very badly for both of the princesses. I’m sure this is taking a toll on them. The York’s seem to follow money and freebies so they get what they deserve. Fergie saying how wonderful Andrew is; well it is all about money, access to her daughters & a place to live for free,” a different user added.
Another social media user indicated that it was better if Prince Andrew had not spoken at all. For him, the Duke of York’s decision to talk about the issue doesn’t help his family at all.
“I don't think he should have spoken at all...never considering how this would affect his children. Beatrice has a WEDDING next year ffs,” Alisa Hilde wrote.
According to an insider, Princess Beatrice will not be inviting her father to her big day. The bride-to-be reportedly doesn’t want any drama on her big day.
In October, an insider claimed that Princess Beatrice had tearfully informed her father that she did not want him to walk her down the aisle. Princess Beatrice was reportedly too thrilled to marry her fiancé. However, she felt down with the shame and backlash caused by her father due to the Epstein scandal.
Princess Eugenie’s sister and father were last seen together in a meeting with Charles Philipps, Chairman of Outward Bound. The Duke of York is the organization’s patron while Princess Beatrice is a trustee for the educational charity.
