'Real Housewives Of Orange County' Star Shannon Beador Shares Shocking New Details About Her Husband's Affair In 'WWHL' Preview

Perhaps one of the most shocking storylines on this season of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Orange County" was that of Shannon Beador and her husband David. During the Season 10 premiere Shannon, 51, revealed to viewers that he had been unfaithful. The couple have since managed to move passed the scandal, but new details continue to emerge.

As was reported by Us Weekly, Shannon and David are slated to appear on an upcoming episode of Bravo's late night talk show, "Watch What Happens Live." During the episode, set to air Monday, Oct. 5, at 11 p.m. EDT, the couple will share shocking new details about David's infidelity not previously discussed on "RHOC." Previews for the episode show Shannon telling host Andy Cohen just how difficult it was to go through. She will also share a heartbreaking story about David giving his wedding band to his daughter, which Shannon thought was a sure sign their marriage was over.

"I don't think that people understand the level of hurt," she says. "I'm just gonna give an example, OK? When David left me for those two weeks, he would still come and pick the kids up from school. And one day he handed [our daughter] Stella his wedding ring. He said, 'Give this to your mother, I don't want it anymore.'"

Shannon will also share with viewers how allowing his cheating to be a part of their "RHOC" storyline helped them to move on. In the short clip Shannon says David allowing her to discuss his affair on air was "the ultimate commitment" to trust. She adds that it has made him accountable to both her and the "RHOC" viewers. Shannon says, for her, featuring the cheating scandal was also done in an effort to send a message of hope to anyone watching who may be going through a similar situation.

"We want to give other couples hope that even if there is infidelity, or something devastating in a relationship, if you both work and make the effort and love each other, you can get out," she says. "You can get through it and get through in a better position than you started."

Although David's cheating was revealed in episode 1, it was discussed throughout much of Season 10. During episode 10, Shannon shared with close friend Vicki Gunvalson that her husband's affair was "a good eight months" long. She shocked Vicki, 53, and "RHOC" fans further when she added that while carrying on an extramarital relationship with her husband, David's mistress tried to get close to her.

Previews for upcoming episodes of the show suggest the infidelity will come up again during what appears to be a session with a therapist. Check out the preview of Shannon and David's appearance on "WWHL" below:
