'Thor: Love And Thunder' Theory: Will This Marvel Superhero Make His Debut?

“Thor: Love and Thunder” will be introducing a new set of characters as the God of Thunder looks ahead to the next chapter in his life. According to a new theory, one of the fan favorite superheroes that will be introduced in the next film is Beta Ray Bill.

The existence of Beta Ray Bill has already been teased in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). According to a theory by Screen Rant, the next film for Chris Hemsworth’s character is the perfect time to introduce the alien superhero.

According to the theory, Marvel has finished telling one set of stories under the Infinity Saga and it is now looking at the next chapter in the lives of the superheroes. The studio will be introducing characters like She-Hulk, Shang-Chi, and the Eternals. Beta Ray Bill is a significant part of Thor’s stories in the comics, and there is a very good chance that the character will be introduced in “Thor: Love and Thunder.”

In the comics, Beta Ray Bill helped Thor defend earth against the forces of Surtur. This is significant because Surtur has been introduced in the MCU and has brought about the destruction of Asgard. This opens the door for connected storylines from the comics to unfold in the upcoming movies.

After the defeat of Thanos (Josh Brolin), the upcoming movies may set up the next big baddie. If this is going to be Galactus, there are comic book stories in which Beta Ray Bill helps in fight against the super villain that consumes planets to survive.

Since this is the new set of movies and new stories, it will be different from the tragic storylines that were seen in the recent Marvel films. Director Taika Waititi has already confirmed that the next flick will be an “adventure film,” IGN reported. He also promised the movie will be “ bigger, bolder and brighter,” CBR reported.

“Thor: Love and Thunder” will be released on Nov. 5, 2021.
