Tom Hiddleston knows that the Met Gala isn’t just about the fashion. It’s also about the party that comes after the red carpet. The “Night Manager” star got his groove on at the May 2 event, and it seems he had a very famous dance partner. Taylor Swift danced with Hiddleston for at least a couple of songs.

Videos of the two dancing to T.I.’s “Bring ‘Em Out” and Beyoncé’s “Crazy In Love” surfaced on social media. The two look like they’re having a blast as they dance in their fancy frocks at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

The two are just friends, though. Swift, who co-chaired the Met Ball, is dating Calvin Harris, but the DJ didn’t attend the star-studded event. Her date was BFF Selena Gomez. “We’re going together,” Gomez excitedly told Access Hollywood before the event. “It’s so fun. It’s gonna be the best. It’s kind of prom for fashion.”

Meanwhile, Hiddleston didn’t appear to have a date. The “Thor: Ragnarok” star told Esquire that he is “still single.”

Swift and Hiddleston partied together at both the Met Gala and an afterparty at the Boom Boom Room. The Brit even helped the “Shake It Off” singer switch shoes from her stilettos to her combat boots. “Tom had to stand up and bang on the bottom of the shoe to get it on,” an observer explained to Us Weekly. “Tom got the shoe on Taylor’s foot and she laughed.”

Clearly, the two share a common love of dance. However, their careers aren’t going to share any similarities, especially when it comes to joining superhero franchises. While Hiddleston plays Loki in the “Thor” and “Avengers” films, Swift’s reps recently refuted rumors that she was joining “X-Men: Apocalypse” as Dazzler.
