What Happened To Kanye West’s Instagram And Twitter? Kim Kardashian’s Husband Deletes Social Media
Rapper Kanye West didn’t just scrub his Twitter and Instagram accounts Friday — he deleted them entirely. The move comes a month after West collaborated on Mary J Blige’s new album, “Strength of a Woman.”
At the time this article was written, it was unknown why West removed his social media accounts. His rep did not immediately respond to International Business Times for comment.

West teamed up with Blige for the song “Love Yourself.” The song is about Blige empowering listeners, with West specifically focusing on cruelty the African-American community faces. The rapper says it’s his responsibility to make a change.
“I decided not to use my color as a handicap/ He a designer, artist, producer, and he rap/ Never found virtue from patience/ In a dark room just pacin'/ Precious time is just wastin'/ You do not know what we facin'/ I cannot be complacent/ In my job, be courageous/ Another kid just got shot/ They can't find the assailant/ Made it out of the basement/ Made it out of the underground/ From a time where you outta town/ They might gun you down, blaow/ There goes another round, blaow/ There goes another round/ Came from this Chi and wow, look what the fuck they found/ A young legend, comin' to shut the summer down/ You need to talk to me like you don't bring your mother 'round.”
While West is no longer on Twitter or Instagram, his wife, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kim Kardashian, furiously promoted their children’s clothing line, which conveniently dropped on the same day he deleted his social media pages.
“Kanye hand drew our KIDS logo,” she said about the line Friday, which is called The Kids Supply. “All of my friends would ask where we get our kids clothes so now they will be available! Tomorrow's drop is so sick! Just a hint...Calabasas.”
Kardashian added Thursday: “For the past few years Kanye and I have made almost all of our kids clothes and we have collaborated on a new kids line…. I'm so excited about this!”
That’s not the only project Kardashian worked on. She also teamed up with sister Kylie Jenner for the KKW X KYLIE crème lipstick collection. The limited-edition consisted of a four-piece nude liquid lipstick set.
“My makeup looks definitely put me in a mood, definitely give me different personalities,” she said in a video on her Instagram account last week, which garnered nearly 1 million views. “I wanted to do all nude shades because that’s really all that I wear. So I have so many different shades of nudes that I wear, so I just wanted to, you know, bring them into our collection.”
Not-so-surprisingly, all the colors in the collection were named after Kardashian. The shades, ranging from dusty rose to a brownish-nude, are called: Kimmie, Kiki, Kimberly and Kim.
