What Kate Middleton Finds Most Appealing About Prince Harry That William Lacks

Kate Middleton and Prince Harry are very close and there’s a reason why.

According to Catherine Ostler in an article for Daily Mail, the Duke of Sussex has something in him that the Duchess of Cambridge finds so appealing and it’s something that serious Prince William doesn’t often manifest. According to the journalist, just like Prince Charles, the Duke of Cambridge plays it safe but his younger brother is “free and easy.”

“Harry appeals to her [Middleton] sillier side because he is carefree, footloose and loves banter,” Ostler wrote before noting that when Prince Harry finds something funny, he shares it.

“Kate also adores the way Harry plays with her children — he is very good with them, a charming big kid and silly uncle,” she added.

Middleton and Prince Harry have shared a close bond even before she married Prince William. In fact, the royal mom of three reportedly maintained an open-door policy to her brother-in-law.

Prince Harry was still a teenager when he first met Middleton. At the time, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were still students and she always made him feel welcome at the four-bedroom cottage that she and Prince William rented. The royal trio also spent weekends together at the cottage.

An insider claimed that Middleton knew that getting along with Prince Harry was key to her relationship with Prince William. In fact, she made a massive effort with Prince Harry since day one and she didn’t fail because Prince William’s brother is very comfortable around her.

Prince Harry was reportedly totally at ease popping over to Prince William and Middleton’s gym to work out with his brother. He’s also used to seeing Middleton in her cashmere dressing gown while reading to Princess Charlotte. However, things have changed following Meghan Markle’s arrival.

“If Harry and Kate were confidants before William married her, they are even more so now,” Ostler wrote. This is evident in the photos taken on the same events they attended together before Markle joined the royal family.

As of late, there are rumors that Prince Harry and Prince William are feuding. There are also rumors that Middleton and Markle couldn’t get along well.

The fab four was last seen together when they joined the royals’ traditional Christmas day service. Prince William, Middleton, Prince Harry and Markle are expected to have a reunion at Prince Charles’ investiture that Queen Elizabeth II is hosting on March 5 at Buckingham Palace.
