'Young And The Restless' Spoilers: Will Jack Help Kyle Fix His Problems?

He was hopeful his son would be able to get his romance back on track, but Jack’s attempts to help Kyle smooth things over with the woman he loves on Valentine’s Day could backfire on the Tuesday, Feb. 12 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Kyle (Michael Mealor) had been on the outs with Lola (Sasha Calle) since their fight over the fact that she was still a virgin and didn’t want to have sex with him, but he was desperate to try and fix things and make them work. After confiding in Jack (Peter Bergman), the two planned a romantic weekend at the Abbott cabin for Lola, but when Kyle went to give her an invitation, she officially ended their romance instead. To make matters potentially worse, Summer (Hunter King), who is interested in Kyle, witnessed the whole thing and even picked up the invite. Now, as Kyle mopes over the end of his relationship on the CBS soap, his father’s intentions could bring him way more trouble.

If Kyle still heads to the cabin anyway just to get away and clear his head after being dumped, Jack could step in and get involved when both Lola and Summer come looking for him. Unaware Summer knows about the plans at the cabin, he will discourage her from looking for Kyle, which will fuel her decision to head there anyway. When Lola also stops by looking for him, Jack will then tell her where he is. However, that could prove to be catastrophic in the end.

A preview clip for the week’s episodes (see above), shows Kyle and Summer together at the cabin and discussing the end of his relationship and eventually sharing a kiss. If the two decide to take things further and Lola then shows up, it could be the thing that truly dashes all of Kyle’s chances with the woman he actually loves.
