"Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" and "Call of Duty: Warzone" Season 3 is introducing new content that features new maps, game modes, Operators and weapons. Devs prepared six new weapons, and they will be available at the start of the upcoming season. For players looking for ways to unlock the PPSh-41, the Swiss K31 sniper rifle and the Ballistic Knife for free, these tips and tricks could come in handy.

How To Unlock The PPSh-41

Both "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" and "Call of Duty: Warzone" players could unlock the PPSh-41 for free. This popular SMG first made an appearance in "Call of Duty: WWII" and it's the first weapon that players could unlock when Season 3 finally arrives.

To get the new SMG, players just need to reach Tier 15 of the Season 3 Battle Pass. Players can use this weapon in various multiplayer modes of "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" and "Call of Duty" Warzone."

How To Unlock The Swiss K31 Sniper Rifle

Players can also unlock the Swiss K31 Sniper Rifle at the start of Season 3. To get their hands on this new long-range weapon, players need to reach Tier 31 of the Season 3 Battle Pass. This new rifle boasts unmatched accuracy and fast rechamber capability.

Players can also count on its large ammo capacity, which could come in handy when killing a group of enemies from a distance. Players who love the Kar98k Marksman Rifle would definitely like to include the Swiss K31 sniper rifle in their arsenal.

How To Unlock Ballistic Knife

"Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" and "Call of Duty: Warzone" players will also get the chance to use the new spring-action knife launcher called Ballistic Knife, which was first introduced in the classic "Call of Duty: Black Ops." Players could use this lethal melee weapon as a standard knife or when taking down enemies silently. Unlike the Swiss K13 sniper rifle that players could use from a distance, the Ballistic Knife is perfect for close-quarter battles.

As of writing, the developers have not yet revealed the requirements to unlock this melee weapon in both "Call of Duty" Black Ops Cold war" and "Call of Duty: Warzone." The Ballistic Knife would be available in "Black Ops Cold War" at the start of Season 3 while it will be available to "Warzone" players in mid-season
