Kate Middleton May Celebrate Prince Louis’ First Birthday By Doing This
Kate Middleton’s youngest child, Prince Louis, will be celebrating his first birthday on April 23 and royal fans can expect a celebration among the royal family.
But other than a possible party that will also be attended by their closest friends, Hanna Fillingham, a journalist for Hello! magazine, is also speculating on the other things that Middleton could whip up for her son.
Last year, the Duchess of Cambridge captured an adorable photo of Princess Charlotte, 3, kissing her newborn brother on the forehead. The picture was released to commemorate Princess Charlotte’s birthday.
Middleton is known for taking the photos of her two older children on special occasions and she will most likely do the same for Prince Louis. On April 23, Middleton could release the newest photo of her youngest son via Kensington Palace’s social media accounts.
When Prince George and Princess Charlotte turned 1-year-old several years ago, Middleton also shared a series of portraits featuring her two children separately. Prince George’s photos were taken by John Stillwell.
“He’s quick on his feet. He was walking towards me – I was kneeling down to take the picture and he was on top of me as soon as he started walking,” Stillwell said.
Last year, Middleton’s mom, Carole Middleton, also revealed how important first birthdays are for their family and for their business. While speaking with Good Housekeeping, the mom of three said it was Middleton that took care of the First Birthday brand from Party Pieces.
“My children have all worked for the business. Catherine started the First Birthday brand – she chose the products and looked after all the imagery and the catalog production… Pippa set up the blog, as we didn’t have one… James came up with the idea of personalized cakes and got them off the ground for us,” Carole said.
Based on what Carole said, it is possible that Prince Louis’ first birthday celebration will also feature personalized cakes.
