Prince Harry Snubs Prince Charles; Meghan Markle’s Husband Closer To Brother William

Prince Harry is closer to his brother Prince William than their father Prince Charles.

There are rumors that the Duke of Cambridge and Duke of Sussex had a falling-out due to Meghan Markle. Prince Harry was reportedly not happy about his big brother questioning his romance with the former “Suits” actress.

According to journalists Rebecca Hyde and Angela Mollard in New Idea’s “Royals” podcast, if there’s a person that could question the Duke of Sussex’s relationship with Markle, it would be his brother because they are closer.

The royal commentators stressed that it’s just reasonable for Prince William to ask Prince Harry if he was sure about Markle because they hadn’t known each other for long. The podcast hosts also noted that instead of the Prince of Wales, Prince William was the right person to approach Prince Harry about the matter.

“He [Prince William] has a closer relationship to Harry than Prince Charles does. He is the person in charge of the royal family going forward, and being that cohesive unit,” Mollard explained.

Mollard added that Prince William’s gesture to question Prince Harry’s feelings for Markle was just fine and reasonable. Hyde agreed and said that any brother would do the same.

“The fact that Harry has taken a little bit of issue with this is natural too for a younger son,” Mollard continued.

Hyde mentioned the siblings' falling-out and said that it’s normal. Mollard is hoping that the fab four will be harmonious this year.

An insider told royal correspondent Emily Andrews earlier that Prince Harry and Prince William’s disagreement started after a heart-to-heart talk between the two royal princes. When Prince William questioned Markle’s intentions, Prince Harry reportedly “went mental.”

Prince Harry felt that this older brother was trying to end his romance with Markle before it even began. The source added that since then, Prince William and Prince Harry’s relationship “has not really recovered.”

Prince William and Prince Harry were last seen together during the royals’ traditional Christmas Day morning service. The two looked distant to each other and appeared ill at ease unlike their wives Kate Middleton and Markle, who were all smiles as they chatted on the way to the church.
