"Sister Wives" star Mykelti Brown Padron and her husband Antonio "Tony" Padron announced that they are expecting twins on social media.
Mykelti shared a family photo on Instagram showing off her baby bump. Another snap showed her eldest daughter 14-month-old Avalon.
"WE'RE HAVING TWINS !!!! Miss Avalon will be a big sister in December (twins come earlier so probably before then)," she wrote in the caption. "Tony and I definitely weren't planning this or expecting it, but we're both excited for our upcoming adventure and all the chaos and love it brings."
Mykelti, Kody Brown's child with ex Christine Brown, and Tony also opened up about their bun in the oven with People. Both could not contain their excitement for the upcoming addition to their family.
"I'm extremely excited for the twins to come," Mykelti, 26, told the outlet. "Nervous as well, especially for the first 18 months of their lives, but it will be a wonderful adventure."
Tony added, "I'm excited about having double the trouble and double the fun."
Christine was also delighted about her daughter's upcoming twin babies.
"I'm so excited, they're going to be such great parents," she said. "I know they're a bit overwhelmed because it's twins, it's a lot of work, but I live close, Aspyn lives close."
Christine added that Mykelti has "an amazing support system." She also praised her daughter and son-in-law for being "incredible parents" to Avalon.
The twins will be Kody's fourth and fifth grandchildren. His daughter Maddie Brown Brush is a mom to Evangalynn Kodi, 2, and son Axel James, 4, whom she shares with her husband, Caleb Brush.
Mykelti and Tony wed in December 2016 at the Bloomington Country Club in St. George, Utah. They welcomed their first child on April 5, 2021. Following the birth of their firstborn, Tony shared his joy and showered his wife with praise.
"We are both very happy with our baby and the success of our home delivery. We were excited [sister wife] Robyn [Brown] could join us via Zoom for the whole labor," Tony told People at the time. "My wife's the strongest person I know, and it shows."
