The suspect admitted to murdering the victim and staging his "suicide" to cover up the murder.
Police are urging the public to share any information they have about the woman.
Sonya White's family said the other woman's body was dressed up in their loved one's clothes, earrings and wig.

Many residents from other parts of the region visited the farmer and started worshipping the baby animal, calling it an "incarnation of God."
"He was just angry at my daughter. It wasn’t love, it wasn’t a breakup, he was angry at my daughter," the victim's mother said.
The incident will be reviewed by the San Francisco Police Department's Vicious and Dangerous Dog Unit within 10 days and "the outcome" for the dog will be determined.
Jedd Wiegold, 32, received a custodial sentence at Newport Magistrates Court on Jan. 11 for unlicensed dog breeding and a number of mutilation offenses.
The woman was later charged with one count of dangerous operations of a motor vehicle.
The woman was diagnosed with severe acid reflux.
"This is a story you hear in movies," the woman said. "You never really think you would meet such a thing. In the end, it met me."
The woman was rushed to a local hospital with multiple stab wounds but succumbed to her injuries.
Despite having never driven a bus before, 41-year-old Yogita Satav took to the wheels, and drove the man safely to a nearby hospital.
The woman, who was 21 weeks pregnant, couldn’t be given anti-venom.
Shortly after the incident, a 23-year-old man suspected of the crime was apprehended by the police.
Two people, including the dog’s owner, were taken into custody Monday.
"She was always trying to help wherever she was needed. She is our hero and we hope she will be remembered as a hero," said the victim's family.
The court found them both guilty after their dispute turned into a physical altercation.
A police source said it was a "classic hoarder situation." It took cops about two hours since arriving at the scene to find the 84-year-old man's body.
The shocking incident came to light Monday when the neighbors alerted the police about a stench emanating from the house.
