A Tennessee game center had to close early after hundreds of unattended minors wreaked havoc.

The center's staff said the teens' parents were dropping them off and leaving, causing occupancy to surpass the state's 50% occupancy allowed under Gov. Bill Lee and the Tennessee Health Department's standing order amid coronavirus.

A state judge ruled in June "all eligible voters" would be able to cast absentee ballots in the upcoming elections, but the ruling was criticized for the broad language used and not directly addressing the in-person voting requirement for first-time voters.

The accused was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder and aggravated assault in the shooting.

No other individuals were inside the home during Monday’s incident. The motive behind the slaying is still unknown.

The incident took place while the child was staying the man, identified as 32-year-old Bryant Jackson Sr., at the 4000 block of Madison Road. 

The assailant, a homeless, entered the offices of Public Storage and launched an unprovoked attack on a married couple.

An unknown man, fired shots at the victim while he was inside the apartment with his child. Luckily, he was not hit and managed to escape through the window.

Clark Baldwin is facing four counts of murder for cases dating back to 1991 and 1992 while authorities check his DNA against other cold cases.
